Your data is processed under contract, and only to do the job your agent has been asked to do. It is never used to train any AI model. We operate under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and we sign a data processing agreement with every pharmacy before an agent goes live. Gantr is software agnostic. If your dispense or POS software can produce exports (CSV, PDF, Google Drive, Sheets, or similar), or if it has an API or browser based interface, we can build an agent that reads from it.
