Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 June 2026
This policy explains how Gantr handles the personal information you share with us through our website. We collect very little, we use it only to talk with you, and we never sell it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Peter Krsticevic, trading as Gantr (ABN 46 105 273 026), based in Concord West, Sydney NSW, Australia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Gantr. You can reach us any time at info@gantr.com.au.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information of people who visit our website and who contact us or apply through our forms.
Pharmacy client data is separate. When we deliver our services to a pharmacy, we may handle information on that pharmacy’s behalf (which can include information about the pharmacy’s own customers). That information is governed by a separate written Data Processing Agreement we sign with each client, and the pharmacy remains responsible for it. This website policy does not change those arrangements.
3. What personal information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our Founding Pharmacy application or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, your role, your email address, your phone number (optional), your pharmacy or business name, and anything you choose to tell us about your workflow and goals.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view (server logs), to keep the site secure and working. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
We do not seek to collect sensitive information (such as health information) through this website. Please don’t include patients’ personal or health details in any form field.
4. Why we collect it and how we use it
We use your personal information only to:
- respond to your enquiry and answer your questions;
- review your application and arrange a free audit call if it looks like a fit;
- provide information about, and deliver, our services if you decide to work with us; and
- keep basic business records and meet our legal obligations.
We will only contact you about your enquiry or the services you’ve asked us about.
5. Marketing: what we don’t do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list or send you unsolicited marketing. If we ever introduce an optional newsletter in future, it will be strictly opt-in, and every message will include an easy way to unsubscribe.
6. Who we share it with, and overseas disclosure
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website. They only handle your information to provide their service to us:
- Netlify runs our website hosting and form delivery. Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States, and form submissions and technical data may be stored on infrastructure located in the United States.
- Google Fonts loads the website’s fonts. Operated by Google LLC (United States); it may receive your IP address when fonts load.
Because of these providers, your personal information is likely to be disclosed to, or stored by, recipients located overseas, including in the United States. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We don’t otherwise disclose your information to anyone, except where we’re required or authorised to do so by law.
The website itself does not send your enquiry details to any AI service. Where we use AI tools to deliver services to a pharmacy client, that is covered by the separate client agreement described in section 2.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t run third-party analytics or marketing pixels. Our hosting provider may set a small functional cookie to protect forms from spam, and your browser caches fonts. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.
8. How we keep your information secure, and how long we keep it
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. For example, the site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection and access to submissions is limited. No system is ever completely secure, but we take care with what we hold.
We keep your enquiry information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected and for reasonable business and record-keeping needs, after which we delete or de-identify it.
9. Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it’s wrong, or ask us to delete it. Just email info@gantr.com.au and we’ll respond within a reasonable time (usually within 7 days).
10. Questions and complaints
If you have a question or concern about how we’ve handled your personal information, please email us at info@gantr.com.au and we’ll work with you to put it right.
If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC): oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top.
